Bar and terrace, BrelaThe bar and terrace of Hotel Soline in Brela, set among pine trees above the sea, for Sunce koncern and Bluesun Hotels. The intervention was conceived with particular sensitivity to the existing brutalist architecture, preserving its strong character while introducing a lighter, more intimate layer.
A steel frame above the oak bar holds bottles and lines of light, while low lounge seating, planting and a stone bench beneath the pines create a relaxed outdoor setting. Designed to come into its own after sunset.
